Glen Moray Distillery welcomed friends old and new for a St Andrew's night with a Spanish touch. Graham Coull conducted the first tutored tasting of his first Manager's Choice, a single sherry cask from 1992. As Graham is only the fifth Distillery Manager at Glen Moray, this limited bottling is called The Fifth Chapter. It is available only from the Distillery, priced £55. Salud!
