Ordering Policies

Order Status
Our aim is to make ordering as convenient as possible whilst at the same time protecting our customers' interests in securing the transaction. We will follow the following steps from the time the customer places the order:

• We will confirm each customer's order on screen when the order is completed on line.
• Customers can contact The Distillery Shop direct to raise any queries on their orders either by telephoning on 01343 550900 or by e-mail at visitor.centre@glen-moray.co.uk – we ask is that you give your name and order details at all times to enhance the speed and quality of our response to you.

For reference, the Distillery Shop is open from 9.00am to 5.00pm. Monday to Friday (local time) all year round except for the Christmas holiday period. From May to September, the shop is also open on Saturday from 10.00am to 4.00pm. We endeavour to answer all e-mail order queries within 24 hours.

Credit Card
As a policy, we always ask that the address supplied for delivery is the same address as the credit card holder. We do this to protect the credit card holder and to try to ensure that alcohol is not purchased by anyone under age. If an alternative delivery address is required, please contact Iain on 01343 550900 for alternative arrangements.

Ordering Security
For your security, authorisation for purchases will be checked with the credit card company before goods are despatched. In addition to our credit card policy, our secure server software (SSL) is the industry standard and among the best software available today. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name and address so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.
