Ingredients  
  - 25ml Glen Moray Elgin Classic
 - 25ml apple juice
 - 50ml peach ice tea
 - 50ml sparkling water / soda water
 - Sprig of mint to garnish Ice cubes
 
MODE DE PREPARATION
Fill a tall highball glass with ice, add the whisky, apple juice, peach ice tea and lightly stir down, lifting the drink with a spoon to mix it. Garnish with a spring of mint that has been clapped between your hands to release the aromas.
