Honey's subtle sweetness melts into our smoky Peated single malt in this short and intense serve. Bringing Speyside smoothness and bonfire hints to the mix, Glen Moray is the hero of this cocktail hour.

  • 10 ml Glen Moray Peated
  • 60ml Blended Whisky
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 30ml extra dry vermouth


Add the honey and whisky to a cocktail shaker and stir until the honey dissolves. Add the vermouth, shake with ice and fine strain into a chilled glass, adding a lemon twist to garnish. SlĂ inte!
