Celebrate Glen Moray's lighter side with our subtle twist on the whisky sour, inspired by the citrus and butterscotch notes of our Classic single malt.

  • 50ml Glen Moray Classic
  • 25ml fresh lemon juice
  • 3 tsp caster sugar
  • 1 dash Glen Moray Bitters
  • 1 fresh ginger root
  • 1 lemongrass bulb
  • 1 egg white
  • Orange twist, to garnish


Add all the ingredients into a mixing glass and stir with ice, then strain with a fine-mesh sieve into a chilled martini glass. Finally, add an orange twist. SlĂ inte!
