Lavender bitters bring a fragrant note to this short and powerful serve, which celebrates the oak-matured trio of our light, fruity Classic whisky, port and vermouth.

  • 60ml Glen Moray Classic
  • 10ml white port
  • 10ml Noilly Prat Dry Vermouth
  • 1 dash Bob's Lavender Bitters
  • Orange twist and heather sprig, to garnish


Bring everything together over ice and stir, then strain into a chilled goblet. Garnish with an orange twist and a sprig of heather. SlĂ inte !
