Play it again, Sam

Like springtime in Speyside, this serve made with our Classic whisky, is wonderfully floral, fragrant and sweet.

  • 50ml Glen Moray Classic
  • 1 tsp golden caster sugar
  • 2 tsp water
  • 2 tsp rose water
  • 1 dash Glen Moray Bitters
  • Rose petal, to garnish


Add the sugar and water to an Old Fashioned glass and stir, slowly adding ice. Then add the rose water and keep stirring. Add more ice and the whisky, followed by the bitters and stir until smooth. Finally add cubed ice and garnish with a rose petal. Slàinte!
