Spiced winter chocolate toddy

One for dark evenings when it's cold outside, this intriguing toddy augments the satisfying spice of our Sherry Cask Finish with its honeyed, chocolate smoothness.

Ingredients
  • 50ml Glen Moray Sherry Cask Finish
  • 1 tsp ground black cardamom seeds
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Organic cocoa powder
  • Whole milk
  • Dried cloves, cinnamon, star anise, to garnish

HOW TO MAKE

Pour the whisky into a cup, followed by the honey and cardamom seeds. Top up with warm cocoa, made separately with the milk. Bring even more spicy hints by garnishing with dried cloves, cinnamon and star anise. SlĂ inte!
