- 60ml Glen Moray Sherry Cask Finish
- 30ml lemon juice
- 30ml orange blossom honey syrup
- 60ml fig tea
- 4 fresh figs
- Rosemary, to garnish
HOW TO MAKE
Muddle 3 of the figs into cocktail shaker. Add the whisky, lemon, honey syrup and fig tea, then stir with ice and shake well, until cold. Fine strain to smoothen, and pour into a coupe glass. Garnish with the final fig and rosemary. Slàinte!
